What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager position at Waterloo Associates?

You will manage our lives and administrative needs from beginning to end. You will help us get to work on time by helping to manage our children and their needs. Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 benefits package
Responsibilities:WHAT WILL YOU DO?.
- Manage all aspects of the couple's household
- Including but not limited to coordination of vendors (landscaping and cleaning), contractors, managing maintenance, childcare, laundry, cleaning of the kitchen, food prep, and collecting quotes if needed for work that has to be completed.
- Help to order groceries and put them away.
- Declutter closets, kids' rooms and more. This person will stay on top of switching out the kids' clothing as they move out of certain sizes.
- Watching/teaching our children
- We have 2 children. You will be their nanny/teacher during the day. We are looking for someone to make at home learning FUN, help them get exercise and eat well.
- Making lunches daily
- Create an environment where the couple has no worries or responsibilities to deal with at home but to be with their children. "It's Handled" is how they experience much of life in partnership with this assistant.
- Light bookkeeping for rental properties may be added on.
- Some minor straightening/spot-cleaning, cleaning of dishes left in sink, putting dishes away in cabinets, closet organizing, paper/bill management
- Organizing, decluttering & having everything "put-in-its-place"
- Making calls & facilitating whatever is needed (example: Dr’s visits and Dentists)
- Opening mail, organizing/filing papers, paying bills or noting what needs paying.
- Running errands, following up on whatever is needed & doing some "dirty work" might be necessary at times.
