Job Summary
As a Waterton Lead Door Person, you will provide efficient door service for residents and guests of the community. You will monitor and maintain a courteous lobby environment. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Impact and Job Responsibilities
- Greet all residents and guests that come into the community. Open doors for residents and assist with baggage when necessary.
- Establish and maintain good relations with all residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.
- Provide access for guests, delivery, and service personnel at the request of management and residents. Maintain contractor and visitor log. Obtain identification as required.
- Monitor entrances and exits.
- Assist with resident and guest inquiries, package deliveries, and directions.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week
- Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
