We are looking for:
Professional approach to work: Customer-oriented, engaging and adept at rapport building, able to positively interact and be helpful to other team members
Experienced with relationship-based sales in some fashion, preferably in the home improvement or flooring industry
Willing to travel in the Triad
Eager to learn and grow!
CSM Sales Professionals:
Assist retail clients in need of professional guidance in selecting flooring and tile; engage in consultative approach to best suit client needs
Create & suggest design ideas
Measure client jobs and calculate square footage & linear footage
Generate and following up on client quotes & orders
Ensure a first-class customer experience through exemplary service for our clients
Expand relationships and develop repeat, long-term, fully satisfied customers
The Work Schedule:
Sales Professionals observe showroom hours: 9-6 Monday - Friday and Saturdays 10-3. Our team works 40-hours per week, with weekday flex time to cover an alternating Saturday work schedule. There is no Sunday work and CSM Flooring is closed for holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base-plus-commission, bi-weekly salary with strong commission potential
Year 1 potential over $50K and unlimited commission earnings
Majority company-paid healthcare benefits (2 plan choices)
Paid time off starting at 90 days

Essential Parameters:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9-6, with flex time on Saturday weeks
Rotating Saturdays
Experience:
Sales: 2 years minimum relationship building retail experience (Required)
Self-starters who know how to build rapport and take ownership of client experience
Flooring/tile or interior design experience a plus
Ability to commute/relocate:
Onsite work in Greensboro, NC during business hours (required)
