Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains knowledge of regulations set forth by the Illinois gaming board regarding casino operations;
- Maintains a clear understanding of American Place Internal Controls;
- Responsible for assisting patrons with any credit questions and completing credit applications;
- Prepare delinquent accounts for the Cage/Credit Manager to submit to attorney or outside agency for collection based on the direction of the Credit Committee;
- Maintain communications with all departments;
- Assess credit worthiness of patron;
- Process relevant paperwork involved with credit applications;
- Provide support to the Cage/Credit Manager in regards to credit files, issuing and maintaining those files, and collection of bad debts;
- Perform reviews of established credit players and update files as necessary;
- Handles customer problems in a timely manner to ensure superior customer relations;
- Complete any other assignment given by the Cage/Credit Manager in a timely manner;
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of this Internal Control System as well as with the Past Due Support program as described in Section A of the Internal Control System.
