What You'll Do
As the Social Media Manager at WAYB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand across various social media platforms. This multifaceted role involves planning and executing engaging campaigns, crafting compelling content, posting across channels, engaging with our community, analyzing campaign performance, staying informed on social media trends, and managing partnerships and influencer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns aligned with WAYB's brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Craft compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to develop creative assets.
- Partnership and Influencer Relationship Management:
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands and influencers.
- Nurture and manage relationships with influencers to amplify WAYB's brand reach.
- Content Posting Across Platforms:
- Manage the posting schedule and execution of content across WAYB's social media accounts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with our community on different social media channels.
- Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Campaign Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Staying Informed on Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, features, and industry developments.
- Incorporate new and innovative approaches into WAYB's social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proven experience in partnership and influencer relationship management.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the family and lifestyle product industry.
- Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly messaging.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in content creation tools.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required

Where We Are
This is a full-time remote position for residents within the continental United States. This role may require some travel from time to time to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
