You will report to the Head of Marketing. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.
You'll Lead
- Paid Media Strategy: Lead media effectiveness and measurement, media mix optimization, and campaign budgeting. Guide investments
- Performance Metrics: Measure campaign performance, new user acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value; refine and improve marketing strategies accordingly
- CRM and Lifecycle Marketing: Develop a customer segmentation strategy that maximizes engagement, retention, reactivation, and satisfaction, ensuring content and promotions support the customer through each journey stage. Guide data-based experimentation
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with Eng, Product, and Data Science teams to implement digital, CRM and marketing automation tools. Stay up-to-date with MarTech trends
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of four experienced marketers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
At a Minimum, We'd Like You To Have
- 12 years of marketing experience in new user growth, engagement, and retention
- Experience developing growth strategies within unit economic frameworks and establishing multi-year priorities
- Prior focus on B2C, app-based brands
- Expertise in customer segmentation, omnichannel strategies, and marketing automation
- A vision for CRM strategy including tracking, marketing tech stack, and tooling
It's Preferred If You Have
- Previous experience with rewards, offers, promotions and loyalty programs
- At home working with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams
- Appreciation for technical products and able to distill complexity down to consumer stories
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
