- What you’ll be doing... As Consultant of Product Marketing, you will be a key liaison for Visible between the Verizon Value Operations and Brand Team, responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions with the Visible brand is positive and consistent across all touchpoints. The Product Marketing Consultant will be responsible for managing the brands’ device protect, financing, and partnership programs. In this position, you will partner with the Customer Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams for the respective brand to understand to execute the overall value add strategy and drive additional options for our end customers. Customer Journey Maps by channel (online and at retail) and the desired end state of said Journeys. Through rigorous analysis of business performance and close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will continually look for areas of opportunity to drive improvements and keep pace with market offerings. This role requires excellent analytical skills, high-caliber communication skills as well as strong business and analytical acumen. In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). ###
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the customer experience is consistent across purchase journeys.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and product take-rates to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Optimize programs to drive business revenue
- Identify trends and best practices in customer experience and incorporate them into the brand's strategy.
- Read-out on performance and monitor results
- Cross-functional execution / go-to-market by working with other teams within the Visible / Value org. to bring projects to market
- Ability to understand features, capabilities, limitations, and being able to help vendor partners and partner teams on solutioning

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience. ###
- Consumer telecom experience managing prepaid brands
