Monterey One Water (M1W) is seeking a Director of Information Systems/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work at the forefront of innovation at the intersection of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and information technology systems. This is a newly created position that will help lead the organization into an exciting future. As a key member of the executive team, you'll lead the charge in overseeing, planning, and optimizing every facet of the information technology infrastructure. From network and hardware maintenance to cybersecurity and strategic planning, you'll be at the helm. You'll take the lead in developing and updating the Information Services and SCADA Master Plans, ensuring the enduring success and reliability of the information technology systems. The CTO will oversee a department of seven staff, as well as an annual operating budget of approximately $4 million.
