Loan Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position in our Oshkosh office.

The Loan Servicing Coordinator works closely with borrowers, banking partners, insurance agents and SBA to provide high-quality support to ensure timely, consistent servicing, monitoring, and compliance of WBD’s SBA loan portfolio.

Duties include processing routine requests for information to assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance within the loan portfolio. This may include work related to annual risk assessment of borrowers, ensuring proper insurance is in file, verify job creation compliance, prepare management reports, communicate with new and existing borrowers regarding their requests for loan servicing, payoffs, and general inquiries. The Loan Servicing Coordinator will also assist with other process improvement projects as needed.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate accountability. Experience in commercial banking operations, loan processing and/or servicing are preferred. Specific experience related to SBA loans a plus. Associate degree in business, finance or related field is preferred. Position open for various levels of experience, wage commensurate with experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
