Objectives of this Role
- Work closely with the Client Manager to find the best candidate for each requisition we receive
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping to find our clients the best talent available and find our candidate's great jobs that will help evolve their career
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and management to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Work and form relationships with Client Managers to know the ins and outs of their clients and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Connect and build relationships with excellent candidates
- Receive requisition and create a recruiting strategy based on the type of job we receive
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience in recruiting for Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy positions a plus
- Experience working in the staffing industry (preferably contract)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, internet search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- ATS experience (Avionte preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related field
- Proficiency with ATS databases
- Experience developing recruiting strategy
- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
