WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with ten locations all over Texas. When you join WCTractor, you will work alongside leaders who set the standards responsible for our reputation as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base.  Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-directed individuals. This is a commission-based position. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate leads
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Prepare paperwork
• Maintain client records
• Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory

Agricultural Equipment Salesperson Qualifications

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications comprise:

• Associate's degree
• Previous experience in ag/light construction equipment sales is advantageous
• Demonstrated sales background is desirable
• Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude
• Strong time management and organizational prowess
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences
