As a Creative Director (Environments), you will help to inspire, guide, and lead our experience design process to concept and develop integrated brand experience solutions, with an emphasis on branded environmental place making. The Creative Director is responsible for making sure that the creative vision is consistent and the execution meets the established business objectives of the client. You will also work closely with strategy, brand communications and account leads to present to clients, evaluate WD creative talent/staffing needs, and support business development efforts.

Minimum and Preferred Experience

• Bachelors degree in Interior/Environments Design, Industrial Design, Design Architecture, or related work experience is necessary
  
• Professional experience in a creative/design team environment
• Experience leading or assisting in the leadership of client teams from a creative/design perspective
• Experience leading and contributing to a cross-functional team in developing experiential design concepts, preferably within the retail, hospitality, and/or services sectors
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, while contributing to building a culture of support and growth for the Studio overall
