🔎 What are they looking for?

They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, collaborating with experience attorneys to represent clients in complex disputes and litigation proceedings.

📕Responsibilities

✔️Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

✔️Conducting legal research and analysis

✔️Assisting with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

✔️Representing clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations

✔️Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients

👓 Requirements

✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

✔️Admission to the bar in the state of Texas

✔️3 Years of experience practicing commercial litigation
