What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Keyholder position at WearLIVELY?

We are delivering bras and undies that blur the aesthetic lines of lingerie, active, and swim, taking the best elements of high-style and comfort from each category. We are establishing an entirely new category and POV of lingerie, a movement that we call Leisurée.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Keyholder at LIVELY, you will be focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. You will help ensure the store achieves operational and financial goals and will embody the LIVELY community ethos.

What you’ll do

  • Provide warm, energetic, elevated and empathic service to everyone who enters the store
  • Embody the LIVELY community ethos and communicate it to fellow team members and customers
  • Drive store sales and KPIs through personal performance and leadership by example.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and provide feedback and observations to the management team
  • Share your fit and product expertise with customers and peers alike
  • Maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of strong merchandising strategies
  • Continuously clientele and maintain conversion
  • Promote a positive working environment through effective communication amongst peers, management, and the corporate office
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained

Operations:

  • Consistently adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Shopify POS
  • Communicates all store-related issues to management when unable to solve on their own
  • Performs opening and closing duties as required
  • Uses time effectively when not working with clients
  • Keep the back of house organized and maintained

Who you are

  • 2-3 years of retail experience.
  • A team player with Keyholder-level experience in any customer-service focused environment.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset 
  • A service-forward team member with a basic understanding of store financial performance.
  • Must have flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
