SUMMARY
Seeing a Regional Sales Manager (SE) to be responsible for meeting or exceeding the financial goals of the Company on an annual basis. The position's number one priority is profitable sales growth within the assigned territory which consists of the Southeastern USA (TN, AL, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the outside sales force made up of 8 independent sales representatives.
- Establish sales goals, track performance, and work with sales agency principals to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly annual forecast goals by working with end-user customers, maintain an awareness of competitors' product/market changes, and actively work within Sales and Marketing budgets.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts at customers that represent 80% of the sales volume in the assigned territory.
- Develop and train assigned rep agencies and distributors to become champions for Wearwell's portfolio of products.
- Develop new business opportunities for current and new products in our key market segment, primarily industrial manufacturing facilities including automotive, electronics, consumer goods, metal machining, aerospace, pharmaceutical.
- Participate in local and regional trade shows according to the marketing program.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for customer and distributor accounts and contacts, forecasting product demand and managing new and current sales opportunities.
- Provide input to Company management team on market conditions, customer expectations, product needs, product performance, competitive activity, consumer trends, B2B expectations with distributors and end users and any other information that is deemed important to the execution of the overall Company business plan.
- Ability to travel up to 50% required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of industrial sales management sales experience; experience selling directly to end-user customers in retail, medical and/or industrial market and/or equivalent education or experience in job-related activities.
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels.
- Experience working with manufacturer's representatives and distributors.
- Experience managing a large, multi-state territory.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Proven record of progressive responsibility, leading, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to accept accountability for own actions and business results.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and integrity in their work ethic.
- Successfully manage organizational change initiatives.
- Reliable attendance required.
