Job Description:
- Directly responsible for developing, leading, and maintaining follow through on all invoicing aspects for assigned projects.
- Document interactions with customers in Weatherguard's CRM.
- Work with customers and vendors to find 3rd party finance solutions.
- Additional tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Self-starter & team player with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Requires an independent individual with the ability to create and implement processes to keep production on track.
