Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

• Directly responsible for developing, leading, and maintaining follow through on all invoicing aspects for assigned projects.
• Document interactions with customers in Weatherguard's CRM.
• Work with customers and vendors to find 3rd party finance solutions.
• Additional tasks as directed. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Self-starter & team player with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
• Requires an independent individual with the ability to create and implement processes to keep production on track.
