Role Description

• Inspecting: Check equipment for problems and determine the extent of repairs needed
• Service, repair, and test all heavy equipment that operates throughout all job sites to maximize performance and limit downtime.
• Diagnosing: Use computerized tools to identify malfunctions and consult manuals and drawings
• Disassembling: Take apart units and components to access parts that need to be repaired or replaced
• Repairing: Replace or repair parts like bearings, pistons, and gears, and overhaul engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Maintaining: Perform scheduled maintenance like cleaning and lubricating parts, and maintain service logs
• Flexibility. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Relevant certification or training in Equipment Maintenance
• Prior experience in the land development industry is a plus
