Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for Graphic Design functions for Webb Wheel marketing materials including brochures, product literature, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and business cards. This position also manages all company tradeshow events. This position also provides customer service and order management for customer accounts.

Essential Functions

· Provide graphic design for all Webb Wheel business cards, brochures and other marketing literature and presentations; oversee printing of marketing literature by outside vendors

· Provide booth design, display parts, and setup for large industry trade shows; assist in industry trade shows as needed

· Ensure adequate activity and postings on Webb’s Social Media platforms

· Perform photography and videography for marketing materials and presentations

· Maintain company website

· Participate on the company newsletter team

· Design and order promotional material and maintain inventory in stock room

· Answer customer questions and resolve issues, including technical calls

· Process literature and promotional material requests

· Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned

· Work with our OE corporate offices on promotions & advertising programs

· Work with our OE corporate offices on product offerings and parts in their system

· Member of Material Review Board

· Perform 80/20 analysis on parts offering

· Assist in launching of new products with marketing material and communicating with customers

· Customer employee training – technical, customer programs, customer service

Position Qualifications

· Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

· Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written

· Must have extensive Graphic Design skills

· Must have good organizational skills and be detail-oriented

· Must be a team player

· Must have strong interpersonal skills

Experience

· 2-5 Years

· Previous graphic design and marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Cullman, AL 35055: Relocate before starting work (Required)
