Wedding & Event Transportation Coordinator for Established North Shore Livery/Limo/Minibus Company
The person we are seeking must possess initiative, creativity, and a willingness to do their job well. We are a fast-paced, growing transportation company serving the greater Boston area for almost 20 years. If you have the skills, we will train. You must live NORTH of Boston within 10 miles of our main office in Danvers. You must be comfortable working in a smoke free environment. Here are some specifics: You will work with customers and event coordinators at wedding & event venues. You will be responsible for the whole process from the time a client contacts us until the wedding or event is completed. You must be organized & disciplined to meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM processes and/or systems are a plus.
Skills Required: Professional telephone & communication skills, necessary. Sales experience would be helpful. Strong keyboarding and computer skills that include data entry and documentation. Able to anticipate unforeseen challenges and make contingency plans. Must have strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in adjusting to changing schedules. Must tactfully receive and favorably resolve issues that arise with drivers, clients, or vendors. Starting salary will be commensurate with your experience and/or skill mastery.
