What are the responsibilities and job description for the Storefront Associate position at Weber Home Appliance?
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Multilingual skills, particularly in , are a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales and familiarity with POS systems is beneficial
