Position Summary:

As a Web Engagement Lead, you will own the overall relationship with assigned clients, serving as the day-to-day contact responsible for cultivating and maintaining client engagement for healthcare website experiences, as well as clinical content integration projects. You will develop and manage project timelines and communication plans and be the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. You will review analytics and suggest improvements. You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of WebMD Ignite’s products and services.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Be a liaison between client and internal execution teams for installations of WebMD Ignite web content management solutions
• Develop and manage complex project management plans, communication plans, status reports, timelines, change control plans, risk management plans and quality management plans
• Deliver a wide variety of implementation tasks such as customer training, technical support, technical writing, quality assurance and/or software configuration
• Perform various tasks as needed to implement solutions such as creation of site architecture, input and formatting of customer provided content, basic troubleshooting and testing of features
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME), provide customers with insight and counsel and see beyond the scope of service
• Recommend and implement solutions based on best practices; document different artifacts (i.e. requirements document, custom processes, and work instructions) pertaining to the required service
• Communicate requirements and lead/coordinate with technical consultants and other service and support teams on the delivery of service or enablement of WebMD Ignite CMS products;
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

• Minimum of  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or similar field 
• 8 years of experience in Healthcare project management, digital strategy and/or web implementation projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent client management acumen; ability to understand the client perspective but implement solutions within given framework
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to structure and lead cross-functional teams successfully through web project implementations in remote work setting
• Experience in gathering and translating client requirements into actionable project tasks
• Ability to accurately scope projects for both resource allocation and delivery schedules
• Demonstrated acumen with web Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics information architecture, social media administration strongly preferred
• Healthcare digital marketing experience strongly preferred
• Experience implementing and consulting with the Drupal content management solution strongly preferred
• Experience with Project Management applications (Adobe Workfront, MS Project) strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or similar field
• 8 years experience in healthcare project management, digital strategy and web or clinical implementation projects
• Experience in web analytics, a/b testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting the data to make business decisions
• Experience with projects that include Electronic Health Record integration and managing technical resources
• Excellent communication skills and experience defining and managing multiple projects
• Proficient in G Suite and associated presentation applications

Compensation Considerations:

• PMP certification a plus
• Agile implementation experience a plus
• Drupal certification(s) and/or experience implementing Drupal based web solutions a strong plus
• Experience with managing projects that integrate with EHRs, and involve PHI
• Prior experience in healthcare digital marketing a strong plus

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
