Job Description
We are looking for a Partnership Manager in Marketplace Department to find business opportunities and manage restaurant and brand partner relationships. You will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our in-house and local partners.
You will play an essential role in ensuring we provide the highest quality and variety of cuisines from the most successful food entrepreneurs and local restaurants for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for all phases of the sourcing process to enrolling new culinary partners. From the initial selection & prospecting to the build-out of menus, you will ensure that we have the supply ready to meet the demand. You are the person who is always up to date on the latest food trends and loves the idea of immersing yourself in the details of food descriptions & menu item pairings.
About the Role
The Partnership Manager will be the primary face representing WeBox to our partners. Responsibilities include keeping track of errors, managing offline dishes and partners, and orchestrating the introduction of new dishes. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for addressing errors, nurturing positive relationships with partners, and coordinating the rollout of fresh partner offerings.
Moreover, the Partnership Manager takes on the role of a taskmaster, in charge of setting deadlines, ensuring projects stay on track, and overseeing the onboarding and removal of partners and dishes. A skilled coordinator needs to accurately input crucial information into the system to prevent any negative impact on the business or partner relations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all communications to track errors by partners and communicate effectively with them
- Detailed-oriented and hyper accurate in inputting data or tracking issues
- Coordinate with CS and logistics to acquire all info is needed to verify issues occurred
- Able to investigate root causes before confirming that it is a partner issue
- Responsible for requesting, convincing, plan and input new menu dishes from partners
- Able to build and maintain a steady pipeline of new menu dishes and Daily(discounted) Specials
- Ensures checklist for onboarding and offlining are enforced by self and DRI's
- Able to analyze data, evaluate and make recommendations to offline dishes and partners
- Able to hit targets set forth by Head of Partnerships on Daily, Weekly and Monthly metrics
- Perform all the steps required to ensure 100% completion of a project
Requirements
- Intermediate to Expert level on Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Great time management and seek process improvements when there are no projects
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish and Chinese mandarin a plus
- Able to use organization tools such as Lark to manage projects
- Detailed-oriented, organized and has a growth mindset
