Who We Are Looking For

As a WebPT Onboarding and Training Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for WebPT’s most valuable asset : our Members.

Your primary focus will be successfully training and onboarding new Members and ensuring they’re comfortable and confident with WebPT’s products, all while upholding WebPT’s sky high customer service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Serve as the onboarding project leader, taking responsibility for the overall success of new-Member implementations of WebPT products and integrations, specifically WebPT Billing.
  • Evaluate Member needs by validating orders, services, and workflows to ensure WebPT products suit individual clinic needs.
  • Create custom training plans for new Members and see those accounts through from implementation to graduation.
  • Coordinate and complete the setup calls and training sessions necessary to ensure Members are knowledgeable about, and can successfully use, WebPT’s products and services.
  • Coordinate and complete live onsite training sessions necessary to ensure Members are knowledgeable about, and can successfully use, WebPT’s products and services.
  • Concurrently manage multiple clinic onboarding schedules and data imports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to and resolving a variety of technical and non-technical Member inquires, leveraging WebPT and industry resources.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Product, Development and Tier II support teams within WebPT to assist with any product enhancement or feature functionality issues.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to refine operating practices, create process documents and related communication templates

What You Should Have to Qualify

  • Be passionate about quality customer service.
  • Ability to juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
  • Learn complex concepts and applications, and then help others learn them, too.
  • Actively listen to prospects and customers, and intelligently overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.
  • Know the ropes of the rehab therapy community and the day-to-day operations of a PT, OT, or SLP clinic.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM
  • One year of experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment
  • Experience in a training or teaching role
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and federal compliance regulations
  • Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and online meeting software and web conferencing tools

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of, or experience with, medical concepts and software
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment or with a similar EMR platform
  • Advanced knowledge of the WebPT EMR and its features
  • Understanding of the operations and day-to-day processes and procedures of Member Care, Onboarding, and other WebPT departments
  • Six months of experience as a WebPT Support Specialist
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and revenue cycle management
  • Strong knowledge of billing software
  • Previous financial experience with a medical clinic or billing service
  • Working knowledge of SQL and HL7
  • Enterprise account management experience
