Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and other safety measures
- Manage staffing levels, including scheduling and shift management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing administration

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.
· Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting.
· Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
· Ability to lead and develop personnel. Knowledge of legal regulations.
