Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company's social media accounts.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and prospective activities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and presentations.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities and materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute community events and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or an equivalent role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
