Our growing team has an immediate opening for a Vice President, Office of the CFO. This role is responsible for partnering with the Chief Financial Office as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with leadership of the Finance Division and execution of the strategic and tactical divisional objectives
Partner on the strategic planning process across the organization, run regular update meetings on progress, and ensure the CFO is briefed on all strategic business activities
Attend and participate in meetings in lieu of CFO, serving as their proxy, and contribute to discussions and decisions
Act as a key collaborator and/or representative in planning, strategy and cross-functional meetings and events
Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager on various initiatives in the Finance Division
Develop key performance indicators and provide advisement to department heads on financial and KPI review
Develop internal reports to help leadership team efficiently manage operations within the Finance Division
Work with CFO and leadership team to develop strategic finance plans
Work on ad-hoc projects, develop financial models, and provide recommendation on multiple concurrent projects
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or related subject
MBA preferred
10 years experience working in finance management consulting, and/or operational finance leadership roles
Proved track record of managing multiple cross functional projects simultaneously
Advanced experience with financial reporting and modeling
Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
Familiarity with Tableau and BI tools preferred
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized without oversight
Ability to manage confidentiality without exception
