Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) will report to the Director of Operations and has full oversight of their Client’s transportation needs according to contract. The PM will work onsite, as needed, at the client’s location and will actively communicate with the client as well as other vendors. The PM may have an Operations Manager (or more than one) report directly to them.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for our client and attend meetings and conference calls as needed.
- Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) as directed by the Client and WeDriveU company policies.
- Review and approve monthly client invoices.
- Review and approve timecards.
- Ensure that all bus routes are constantly operating and adequately servicing the client’s needs
- Make logistical coverage/staffing decisions and communicate effectively to the rest of the team (drivers and client management)
- Train and develop employees.
- Analyze and interpret ridership numbers and suggest route changes accordingly.
- Support the development of company policy and procedures.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience Operations Management required
- Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM) highly desired
- Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills (comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels)
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
