Weichert Co is hiring a Regional Sales Recruiter. The Regional Sales Recruiter is a high-level sales recruiting professional focused on building a strong, comprehensive recruit pipeline of qualified real estate agents interested in joining Weichert and a sales office in their region. This position prospects daily, secures and conducts appointments on-site, and builds a solid relationship as they sell the Weichert Business Partnership, and guides leads through the process of joining Weichert, Realtors as a Weichert Sales Associate. This proactive recruiting role follows the direction, standards and guidelines set forth by the Regional Vice President and Vice President of Agent Talent Sourcing & Coaching (ATSC) to maximize the opportunities for growing the sales force.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- As a Brand Ambassador and Sales Recruiter, communicates the Weichert Value Proposition and Business Partnership opportunities to ensure area real estate sales professionals understand what Weichert can do for their business and personal life. Provides office and sales manager options for the potential candidate to find the best win-win environment for everyone.
- Follows directions from the VP of ATSC and the RVP to target real estate sales professionals in a regional footprint to market and promote the value of being a Weichert Sales Associate and solidify a relationship with Weichert using Company recruiting tools and best practice techniques.
- Proactively identifies, contacts, meets with, presents to, and follows up with qualified candidates to work with the RVP and Sales Managers to hire for the region and sales office.
- Makes daily contact with leads via phone, virtual meetings, emails, texts, and online. Actively participates in live call sessions to schedule initial appointments daily.
- Develops and implements strategies, including a social media presence, to build a strong pipeline of interested real estate sales professionals.
- Proactively visits public and broker open houses, attends industry events and activities, and conducts appointments on- and off-site to recruit real estate sales professionals.
- Uses discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations to hire or refer candidates based on the expertise, knowledge and analytics of each candidate and their respective marketplace.
- Responsible for weekly reports on appointments scheduled, appointments held, manager introductions, and hires. Uses Company’s internal and external programs, including myWeichert, to source, track and manage leads.
- Proactively supports and represents the Company’s recruiting standards and processes. Consistently uses Company branded recruiting tools and best practice techniques during sourcing, Value selling and career consulting process.
- Promotes the Company locally to boost Weichert image and to attract candidates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in general business, sales, marketing or related field, a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Real estate referral or active license, a plus
- Minimum three (3) years previous direct recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for a staffing agency or actual sales recruiting for a real estate company
- Demonstrable experience successfully prospecting and converting in a sales environment
- Experience in leading a brand image and strategy as a brand ambassador in a recruiting environment a plus
- Superb sales meeting/presentation experience and sales phone skills
- Sales-oriented work environment experience
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrates experience in unlocking passive candidates
- Ability to create lead generation and prospecting list
- Ability to conduct interview appointments, network sessions and other face-to-face meetings. Must be able to travel across the assigned territory daily.
- Ability to network, make recruiting cold calls and handle objections to prospect for leads
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office suite of products
- Knowledge and proficiency of Zoom
- Knowledge of CRM platform, a plus
- Ability to easily adapt to changes in environments, deliverables, structure, and requirements
- Ability to timely complete reports
