Position Summary:
Welch's is hiring a Sales Planning Manager to drive profitable volume within the Sparkling juice, Refrigerated juice, and Spreads portfolios!
Where You'll Work
This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What You'll Do:
- Drive corporate objectives using a retail and consumer-facing 'lens', act as the liaison between field sales and internal departments to drive profitable volume for Welch's within our Sparkling juice, Refrigerated juice, and Spreads portfolios
- Be the sales expert for assigned platforms as part of critical internal processes such as forecasting and the monthly S&OP, product/package launches, etc., successfully representing sales requirements
- Apply trade efficiency analytics & concepts to ensure our pricing and promotional strategies drive positive results on behalf of both Welch's and retailer partners such as Walmart, Target, and Kroger.
- Help prepare for and attend, retailer calls in support of sell-in opportunities with field teams
- Proactively seek out and identify ideas to drive the business at retail; work with brand partners to develop consumer-facing, executable retail programs
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Growth Plan with marketing partners, gaining internal & external alignment on category objectives and strategies
- Track, measure, and communicate progress against objectives monthly
- Work with the Consumer Insights and Integrated Marketing Communications teams to identify the best options for success
Who You Are:
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and drive execution
- Ability to generate innovative approaches and new or improved solutions to business issues that can presented in front of large groups or executive level audiences
- Exceptional sales presentation and development skills, with a comfort level for presenting to large groups
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially in establishing credibility and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external departments, as well as with retail partners.
- Knowledge and understanding of trade investment performance dynamics
- The ability to objectively balance cross-functional requirements and demands
- A team player with a can-do attitude
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of related experience required with CPG and/or food and beverage experience preferred
- Demonstrated success conducting category management, trade management, and analytics
- Experience with business development and attending customer facing sales calls preferred
- Excel, PowerBI, and either Nielsen or IRI skills are strongly preferred
- Potential travel up to 10%
