SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of sales management or related experience in an automotive tooling equipment supplier required.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively under high-pressure deadlines and with diverse personalities.
- Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to edit the work of others.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently while being extremely attentive to detail and demonstrate clear ownership of projects while partnering closely with other in-house or off-site team members.
- Must be able to work and deliver results without close supervision, with strong project management skills including setting priorities, planning, organization, and follow-through.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance multiple priorities and re-prioritize work as required.
EDUCATION:
- Preferred: four-year degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, plan execute and oversee all sales and promotional day-to-day activities and provide internal coordination between sales and other WTC departments.
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, tradeshows and campaigns.
- Planning and directing sales team members to become more effective in their planning and calls.
- Coaching sales team members in account management and company policies.
- Motivate sales team members through incentives and marketing materials.
- Set goals and priorities for each sales team member to align with company goals.
- Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Planning and holding sales meetings.
- Maintain monthly forecasts based on sales input.
- Oversee implementation and ensure maintenance of sales CRM.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Oversee and develop sales tools such as brochures, presentations and product/technology bulletins.
- Cultivate new products and technologies through sales and marketing intelligence.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services.
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, integrators and distribution channels.
- Coordinating Quotation, Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) meetings for sales opportunities and customer contract negotiations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
