JOB SUMMARY
Conserves CEO's time and promotes the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; serving as liaison between the CEO, key executives, and employees
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Represents the CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO.
2. Prepares and edits articles; designs graphic presentations
3. Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the CEO.
4. Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling flights; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
5. Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
6. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
7. Enhances CEO's and company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Supervision Received
Incumbent works independently on a day-to-day basis with occasional checking and guidance from the President/CEO.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Physical Demands
Prolonged sitting, occasional walking and standing, minimal lifting in an office setting.

Operation of the phone system, verbal communication with supervisors, co-workers, patients, etc.

Computer use, operation of the phone system, preparation of reports, reading handwriting.
