Guest Service Team Member

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive, self starter who has a great attitude, is dependable, and works well with others.
• Provides outstanding customer service. Greet and receive customers in a warm & welcoming manner in person or on the phone
• Record keeping and ensuring that every customer has filled out the Health History Form
• Works with customers to help them select appropriate products.
• Drives sales of retail products, services and packages through engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Checks voicemail and returns customer calls, including clarifying answers with management or owner
• POS work includes capturing customer data, totaling purchases, processing payment.
• Utilizing gift card codes appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling and booking future appointments.
• Alerts management in a timely manner of potential issues and customer concerns.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and (re)stocking merchandise.
• Restocks IV materials and medical supplies
• Ensures inventory items are displayed in an orderly fashion. Reorganizing if necessary
• Shop upkeep: completing opening and closing checklists.
• Daily Cleaning and Laundry
• Helps set up and turn over saunas
• Takes spray tan appointments and maintains cleanly space
• Communicates effectively with the owner and manager about client questions, inventory, sales and schedule.
