Land a job you love as an X-Ray Technician !! Join a team that supports one another while doing meaningful work that includes:
- ARRT Licensure in Radiologic Technology or Completion of Radiologic Technology program
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures and conducts x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
- Understanding of the anatomy and physiology necessary to perform x-ray testing, including body mechanics and patient movement
- Knowledge of radiology equipment, maintain radiation protections procedures, including safety hazards common to radiology.
- Capability to identify equipment issues and troubleshoot problems
- Basic computer skills, including the use of multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Attends facility required staff training and meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to perform all job duties with no accommodations, including lifting to 50 pounds, repeatedly bend and twist, and stand for 10-12 hours per day
- Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
