In this role, you will :
- Maintain and update SharePoint, Open Text and various other content management platform / publish platforms
- Be responsible for reviewing and publishing branch procedure and forms content to meet brand and tone standards
- Publish procedures in our content management system while tracking progress
- Be responsible for drafting or editing procedures / forms and defining and supporting an intake process
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for procedure improvement by ensuring content is concise and absent redundancy
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations when inefficiencies to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes and implement change
- Exercise independent judgment and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical
- Consistently demonstrate high production and quality standards
Required Qualifications :
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications :
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- HTML (HyperText MarkupLanguage) experience
- SharePoint experience
- Intermediate Dreamweaver
- Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents
- Intermediate knowledge of Forms Online and other technology based Forms management applications
- Adheres to production expectation while also maintaining a high level of quality
- May manage projects related to LOB technical business process implementation, certification efforts, and web publication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Partner with LOB subject matter experts to analyze recommended forms update and publishing needs
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Responsible for identifying areas of risk through gap analysis
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay Range :
New York City - $87,700 - 155,900
Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
