The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Analytic Consultant 2 position is within the Cards & Retail Services (CRS) Product Analytics team. The analytic consultant will primarily support Credit Card new acquisition analytics including the planning and forecasting process, but may also provide analytics support in other areas such as acquisition strategy, portfolio management, and other credit card growth initiatives.
This is a highly cross functional role and the team member will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners across the organization. We are seeking a high energy individual with strong communication skills and analytic abilities, who will be excited to bring their own knowledge and perspectives that will help the business continually grow.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Regular reporting and analysis of emerging trends in the business
- Collaborating with cross functional teams on key initiatives
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Assist with other CRS analytics as needed
