Wells Fargo is seeking an HR Advisory Manager (Human Resource Manager).

In this role, you will:

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in a rapidly evolving environment.

Lead and coach a team of Advisors that provide HR advice in support of Line of Business (LOB) and HR Business Partner Senior Leaders

Engage stakeholders and internal partners to drive business objectives
-
Conduct regular quality control to ensure adherence to client service expectations departmental processes and control execution
-
Monitor client feedback through weekly survey results and use feedback to coach Advisors to deliver a best-in-class client experience

Make decisions and resolve or escalate issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of the team to meet business objectives.

Assure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and audit requirements.

Lead with a One HR mindset by collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers across HR and other functions as appropriate.

Identify trends and opportunities to proactively improve team effectiveness, employee engagement and DE&I outcomes

Develop partnerships and actively collaborate with other business and functional areas such as HRBP teams and Legal

Be a change agent for transformation
Required Qualifications, US:
-
4 years Human Resources Consulting, Organizational Development, Strategy, or Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2 years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:

2 years of direct people management experience

Experience interacting with Executives, Managers, and all levels of enterprise on complex and confidential issues

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with geographically dispersed leaders and employees in a highly matrixed organization

Experience with control execution, capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements

Adaptable and flexible coaching style that balances needs and learning styles of diverse employees
-
Knowledge and practical understanding of using case management systems
-
Knowledge and practical understanding of ServiceNow and Workday platforms
-
Advanced MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including those related to conflict resolution

Prior experience as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) highly preferred
-
BS/BA degree or higher preferred
Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
