About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. An opportunity in CRV team as a Senior ETL Developer with about 7 Years of hands-on experience in design and development of middleware application using Informatica and Autosys. Role involves technical solution designing, coding, unit testing and deployment. Candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills. Candidate will be interacting with the internal business partners, reviewing the requirements with them and take care of deliverables.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build and configure applications using Informatica PowerCenter to meet business process and application requirements.
- Supporting and enhancing existing Informatica environment and developing new, complex ETL processes to support additional design, development and deployment of the system.
- Work with all stakeholders to review Data Model, Data Flows, high level ETL design, source to target data mapping document.
- Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of business problems.
- Understand BCP/Disaster recovery processes, quality assurance, information security and compliance requirements and analyze changes for risk to the environment.
- Should be responsible for the creation of automated solutions, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate fluently with business users, technical staff and management.
- Contribute to new tools which brings in efficiency
Implement and drive best practices on the continuous improvement - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Integration using Informatica PowerCenter.
- 3 years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
- 2 Should have working experience on UNIX and shell scripting.
- 2 Years of working experience on Autosys scheduling tool or another industry accepted scheduling tool.
- Experience with GIT, Jenkins, UCD and CI/CD tools for build and deployment
- Demonstrated experience optimizing and troubleshooting poorly performing SQLs.
- Ability to work with little guidance
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Financial/Banking industry experience
- Experience w/ Informatica Integration Cloud Services (IICS) Platform
- Experience w/ Python
- Business Intelligence Tool experience (BI, Tableau, SASGrid)
- Worked in Agile / Kanban project delivery
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule when required to support the environment.
- Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. Assures data quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.
- Maintain existing code, performing enhancements as part of an Agile delivery team
Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00 AnnualBenefits
