This role is responsible for managing the production of product marketing content used by investment professionals to educate clients.
The Product Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for prioritizing publishing projects; ensuring high-quality content is delivered on deadline; and managing risk to ensure content meets brand and Americans with Disabilities Act publishing standards.
In this role, you will:
- Manage investment product marketing publications through the production process, from layout to proofreading to Compliance review to publishing on Wealth & Investment Management intranet sites.
- Perform testing and tagging so content complies with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Responsible for removing expired content from web pages and fixing broken links.
- Support product managers in Investment Products with web page design, web page updates, drafting communications, creating promotional calendars, and formatting PowerPoint presentation decks.
- Support key strategic asset management relationships by submitting content for approval and distributing content to advisors in branches across the U.S.
- Participate on project teams to develop more efficient processes, to improve quality, and to develop communication plans.
- 6 months of Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6 months experience in a publishing, marketing, or communications role preferred
- Experience with desktop or website publishing
- Project coordination experience with strong attention to detail
- Experience proofreading for grammar, punctuation, and formatting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with ADA guidelines, and communications compliance
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance with the time zone for the market you are supporting
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
