Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Consultant as a part of Commercial Banking.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role, and is responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships
• Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Sales functional area
• Independently resolve moderately complex issues
• Lead a Treasury Management Sales team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Sales functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Sales peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Lead Treasury Management Sales projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with Government entities

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
