The Information and Cyber Security team within Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Relationship Manager (TRM) to facilitate the penetration testing of third party hosted applications as part of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC). The role is responsible for working across all lines of business to ensure that the FFIEC program processes are adhered to by Wells Fargo teams and Third Party Vendors. The role influences FFIEC processes and partners with risk and legal teams as necessary. It will monitor high profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts and changes. It will conduct research and analysis of regulatory/compliance issues, and implications of new implementations. Additionally, this role will be accountable for developing workflows, processes, and documenting the status to support management initiatives.
Incumbents are knowledgeable of the company's various systems and processes supporting application security testing and application defect management.
The Technology Relationship Manager will:
- Manage relationships with CIO area risk and engagement teams and Third Party hosting providers and educate them on the FFIEC program
- Facilitate the successful penetration testing of third party hosted applications
- Create and maintain metrics for the FFIEC team inclusive of third party hosted scope status and finding details
- Assist the FFIEC program issue escalation and problem resolution as required
- Interact with direct reports, partners, peer managers, and mid to senior level management, to drive successful completion of testing scope, awareness of FFIEC program, and to facilitate continual process improvement. This will cross all lines of business and CIO areas.
- Actively participate on improving the security culture and education throughout the organization.
- Prepare other ad hoc management level and audit material/documentation as required
