What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at WellSpire, LLC?
A Day in the Life of a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker at THE SUMMIT:
- Is familiar with all aspects of the landscape architecture and works to maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
- Keeps living and work environment clean and safe at all times. Follows safety procedures. Knows fire and disaster plan and is familiar with fire pulls, extinguisher, and emergency phone numbers.
- Continuously watches for any potentially hazardous condition, corrects if possible.
- Maintains all of the community grounds and landscaping, keeping areas free of trash debris and weeds.
- Assists with plowing and clearing sidewalks of snow and ice.
- Observes label hazards and proper use of chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
- Organizes and maintains MSDS sheets.
- Assists in the ordering of supplies and maintains organized stock rooms.
