Responsibilities
As an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed, high quality requirements, functional designs, and system specifications for automation using IPA tools. Key Responsibilities of this role include: The analyst will interview stakeholders and will analyze data to understand business problems, trends, and opportunities for process improvements through automating, delivering tools and processes, and exploring emerging technologies that drive efficiency and enable our business to transform. The IPA Business Analyst role reports directly to the ITSM executive Director.
Impact of this role in the organization: The IPA Analyst will provide financial and organizational improvements to the enterprise by determining those manual efforts that can be automated.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. Five+ (5) years of equivalent work experience in-lieu of education will be considered.
Required Minimum Experience:
- Strong 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis;
- Previous experience with RPA, ML and/or AI is a plus Previous experience with EMRs and ERP is a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience with supporting development activities in an Agile environment

Required Minimum Skills:
- Able to interview non-technical professionals and develop detailed and accurate process documentation that shows process inputs, decisions, roles and outputs
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
