We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Call Center represenative, fully remote. The Customer Service Call Center representative will have a shift of Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm eastern.

What will your day look like?
- Answer incoming hotline phone calls to assist participants, address basic phone inquiries and frequently asked questions, and to provide support and information on client programs
- Return missed calls and voicemail messages
- Collaborate with Administrative and Call Center team members during team meetings and discuss any recent trends in participant questions or feedback.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to participant satisfaction and advocate on behalf of participants and their feedback, as needed.
- Assist with Administrative tasks such as forms processing and auditing work, as needed.
Requirements
What must you bring to the table?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Prior customer service experience a must
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Experience working in Microsoft Office programs
- A quiet, distraction free work area in your home.
What is the work environment?
- This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.
- Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your designated home office. You cannot work in a public location.
- Computer equipment is provided. Employee must provide their own internet access.
- This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
- This job is mainly sedentary, sitting for most of the employee’s shift and working at a desk on a computer.
- This position's hours will be Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm Eastern.
