Wendell Foster is interested in hiring energetic Night-Shift -Direct Support Professionals for our Intermediate Care Facility to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!
What matters to you:
New hourly rate starting at $15.50 $1.67 Night Shift Differential
Night Shift 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Overtime availability
8 paid holidays each year
Double time pay for holiday hours worked

What matters to us:
Must have a High School diploma or G.E.D.
Possession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)
Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
Essential Functions:
Support our individual's direct care needs including, but not limited to:
Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary card
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
Understand individual’s rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals.
Frequently lift and/or move 50lbs; occasionally lift and/or move 75lbs while assisting a person with movement or direct care
