Sales Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. MUST HAVE A MINIMAL 2 years experience in concrete building supplies or Ready Mix Sales Experience.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive customer success
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into sales strategies

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
