What you'll do
Wendy's General Manager will manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The GM will ensure the achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. The GM will provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew.
Typical duties will include:
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to store management and crew members. Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health regulations
- Maximize store sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure the continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards on all day parts, including monitoring food product quality
- Develops employees at all levels to maximize their contributions and future promotability
- Utilizes ongoing system for recruiting, developing, recognizing, and retaining store management and crew members.
- Ensures store compliance with Company operating policies and procedures

What we expect from you
- 3-5 years restaurant experience
- College degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible work availability
- Legally able to work in United States
- Possess a valid and active driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Friendly smile and winning personality
- Desire to take and make customer's orders correctly and efficiently
- Ability to maintain a clean restaurant environment
