Sales Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate with experience in operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, advising customers on the best solutions for their shipping and packaging needs, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
• Advise customers on the best solutions regarding products and services offered by Wepak WeShip.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer solutions to customers' shipping and packaging needs, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and shipping methods.
• Box and package customer possessions securely and efficiently.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
• Be willing to learn all product and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Operate all equipment and devices as needed to support daily operations.
• Be willing to train others on equipment operation and customer service procedures as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment to ensure a pleasant experience for customers and employees alike.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the team and company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Experience operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
