Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.

-Develop a customer base in the Montgomery metro market.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase shop revenue and profitability.
- Supervise and train shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the shop and attract new customers.

- Manage the team effectively, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Conduct interviews to hire qualified candidates for open positions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire retail or repair shop management role is required.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and training techniques.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.

Summary

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
