Pharmacy Technician
Job Posting for Pharmacy Technician at Weslaco Family Care Center
We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to help assist our patients in making sure that they have the medication refills they need in a timely manner.
The responsibility for this position is to work with patients who are needing to refill their medication. Reviewing patient chart and under the direct supervision of the physician, the technician will call in routine refills that are approved by the physician. Documenting in the patient chart all communication with the patient. Submitting requests for prior authorizations. Assisting physician with DME and Home Health Forms.

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

- Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
