We are looking for a self-drive experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Workspace team, with a focus on digital workspace related items. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, vendor selection, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful delivery of digital workspace projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading business process reengineering initiatives to optimize and streamline our organization's workflows.
- Scope complex projects and develop roadmaps that reflect our business strategy, while also ensuring that project deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across an enterprise stakeholder group to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop and present overall project progress and forecast completion to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into requirements.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for omnichannel, phone system, and desktop-related projects.
- Leading vendor evaluation and selection processes to identify and partner with the top vendors to support our business needs.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the digital workspace or related field.
- Experience with omnichannel, phone system, and desktop-related projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Analyst certification with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
